Entrepreneurship: Military-Friendly Resources to Support Growing a Business

As Marines and their families separate or retire from the Marine Corps, the prospect of owning their own business is often the next step, they look to pursue. Did you know that Veterans own about 9.1 percent (2.5 million) of the small businesses in the U.S. and employ more than 5 million Americans?  

 

Boots-to-Business, commonly known as B2B, is an introduction to entrepreneurship course presented by the Small Business Administration (SBA) and its partners as an additional track complementing the Transition Readiness Seminar. This course provides a step-by-step overview of what it takes to start a small business. It also introduces you to SBA and partner resources that can assist you with starting or growing your business
