MCFTB - Attitudes and Actions
In this modern-day exploration, we will discuss concepts and philosophies that are designed to help participants become effective and successful leaders in their homes, at work, and within their communities. We will focus on understanding the power of self-advocacy, the importance of making informed choices, and the value of developing resiliency. Participants will be encouraged to think critically and innovatively about the impact they make in any situation. We will also discuss strategies for self-reflection and self-improvement that will help participants become more confident and successful in their leadership roles. Ultimately, the goal of this exploration is to help participants learn how to be better leaders in their lives, and to make the most of their potential.
Registration deadline is two business days prior to event.
A minimum of five participants are required in order to facilitate the workshop.
