Command Financial Specialist

The Command Financial Specialist (CFS) functions as the command's principal advisor on policies and matters related to personal finance.

Eligible candidates are nominated by their command. The designated individual attends training provided by the installation's Personal Financial Managers (PFMs).

Together the CFS and PFMs support individual counseling and recurring financial workshops for Marines, Sailors, and their families.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

• E6 and above - Enlisted and Officers
• Must have one year remaining with current command
• Designated in writing by the Commanding Officer
• Financially Stable
• Certificate of Completion: Million Dollar Marine Course
