Great American Spit Out

Join others across the globe to participate in the annual Great American Spit Out, a DoD-wide event encouraging smokeless tobacco cessation. MCCS Health Promotion will be at the Fitness Centers on Camps Hansen, Schwab and MCAS Futenma between 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to share information about the dangers of smokeless tobacco and resources to help quit the habit. Can't make it out that day?
