Art Lab: Creative Kinetics

Automata are self-operating machines designed to respond to and follow specific instructions. They are generally mechanical devices with movement. An example of an automaton would be a cuckoo clock. Using a kit, we'll build simple automata that you take home.

Art Lab lands somewhere in between an art lesson and a science lab. Kids ages 6-12 (and their caregivers) will tackle a different craft project each month and learn some interesting things along the way!

Caregivers of children ages 6-9 will participate alongside their kids. There are 8 spots available for children in each session, with room for 8 caregivers.
